The Farm welcomes referrals from GPs and other Health Professionals for women seeking treatment for alcohol and drug addiction.

Please give us a call or submit a Referral Form. Please be aware that submitting a Referral Form does not exclude the assessment processes undertaken by the Staff at The Farm in Galong.
