The Farm in Galong is a not-for-profit residential program in rural NSW, dedicated to supporting women recovering from substance misuse. Our 12-month program offers women a safe, supportive environment to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Women can also bring their children under 12, allowing families to stay together during recovery.
Key Features:
Holistic Recovery: We address physical, psychological, and spiritual needs through individual counselling, group therapy, and independent learning modules.
Family Reunification: Specialized support for mothers aiming to reunite with children in out-of-home care.
Skill Development: Residents engage in vocational training, life skills education, and community participation to prepare for independent living.
Therapeutic Community: A structured daily routine fosters responsibility, self-worth, and mutual support among residents.
Our program is ideal for referrals from GPs, health professionals, and support services assisting women impacted by addiction, trauma, or family separation.
